About the Opportunity 

We’re on the hunt for a Marketing Lead to build the foundation of demand generation at SketchDeck.AI. In this role, you will shape the strategy, create the systems, and run the campaigns that drive our next stage of scale. You will bring structure and creativity to a function that is ready for real ownership, turning strong inbound interest into a predictable pipeline and building repeatable growth processes. Key Responsibilities 

  • Build the Marketing Foundations 

    • Define our ICP messaging, and positioning tailored to steel fabricators, construction firms, and related buyers. 

    • Build core marketing systems including funnels, automation, attribution, and reporting. 

    • Improve website flows and landing pages to engage both digital-native buyers and traditional industry decision-makers. 

  • Grow and Convert Inbound Pipeline 

    • Activate website visitor intelligence tools to capture high-intent traffic and missed opportunities. 

    • Improve lead scoring, qualification, and targeting to increase demo and B2B pipeline conversion. 

    • Create tailored campaigns that resonate with both online buyers and field-based operators who rely on relationships and industry familiarity. 

  • Run High-Impact Campaigns and Content 

    • Produce campaigns, case studies, landing pages, and email sequences that speak directly to our ICP workflows and pain points. 

    • Drive traffic growth and increase traffic-to-lead and lead-to-opportunity conversion across digital and non-digital channels. 

    • Support Sales with trade show strategies, event presence, and follow-up motions that capture both modern and traditional industry audiences. 

  • Establish Repeatable Growth Systems and Prepare for Scale 

    • Build dashboards and reporting for traffic, engagement, pipeline contribution, and conversion metrics. 

    • Document repeatable playbooks that work across online channels and industry-specific events. 

    • Identify future hiring needs and grow into a manager as the marketing function expands. 

Skills & Experience 

  • Demand Generation: Proven ability to drive B2B pipeline through inbound, campaigns, and full-funnel optimization. 

  • ICP & Messaging: Skilled at defining ICPs and translating industry workflows into clear, compelling positioning. 

  • Marketing Tools Proficiency: Strong experience with HubSpot, automation platforms, attribution tools, analytics, and visitor intelligence systems. 

  • Content and Campaign Execution: Ability to create high-impact content and run multi-channel campaigns from end to end. 

  • Strategic IC: Operates independently with the discipline to build scalable systems and future team foundations.
